What you're buying
StarSignal reports are digital readings generated from real planet positions and our own written content. Each report unlocks on the device you buy it on, and you can open it on other devices with your report link, your private access link or an emailed sign-in link.
StarSignal Plus is a subscription that unlocks every report while it's active. It renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account page; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Refunds
Reports are delivered instantly, so we don't normally offer refunds once a report has been opened. If something went wrong, such as a report that didn't unlock, a duplicate charge or the wrong signs, contact us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.
Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime to stop future charges. If you were charged for a renewal you didn't mean to keep, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it.
For entertainment
Astrology is a tradition of symbols and storytelling, not science. StarSignal is offered for entertainment and reflection. Please don't use it to make medical, legal, financial or other important decisions.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Charges appear on your card statement under the name of our parent company, DannTech Media.
